How did this happen?

This probably wouldn't pass tech inspection even with a handle of JD duct taped to the cage

After we test fit the roll cage we realized that somebody tried to pull a fast one on us…  It turned out that our roll cage order had been changed to a 1987 Pontiac Fiero and the windshield runners wouldn’t cut the mustard for our 1988 Volvo.   Since the only member on the team with a Fiero is Martin, it was easy to figure out that he was trying to sabotage the team for his own personal gain.  For those of you who don’t know, Martin has an affliction for buying late 80′s, mid-engined sports cars from Detroit sight unseen.  He has 4 pristine Fiero GT’s that just increased in value 400% over the past few months due to the questionable future of the Pontiac brand.  Who would have known?  Luckily the nice people at S&W helped us resolve our internal team dispute and the show-stopper was avoided.
